How long does it take to finish a piece?
This of course depends on the complexity of the piece, but once your stones are selected and your CAD (computer aided design) is confirmed production time is between four to six week. Very simple designs often take less time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, Zelle (USA) and E-transfers (Canada).
Do you work with lab diamonds?
We work with both natural and lab grown diamonds. If a diamond that we advertise on our Instagram page is a lab grown diamond we will always make it clear by mentioning so. If there is no mention as to it being lab grown then it is a natural diamond. All of our emeralds, rubies and sapphires are natural.
Where do you ship?
We ship all over the world!
What is your return policy?
Because all of our pieces are custom made specifically based on our clients' specifications all custom work is final sale. Antique and vintage pieces are also final sale.
Where are your pieces made?
Our custom pieces are all handmade in Canada and the United States.
What should I have ready before booking a consultation?
You should definitely have an idea of the diamond shape you're after and your preferences on colour and clarity. It's equally important to have a clear budget.
Can I come in to look at some diamonds in person?
We don't have a showroom or inventory for you to browse through as we source all of our stones specifically based on our clients' requests.
Do you offer layaway?
We do. For layaway we only require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your stone/piece.. You have six months to complete payment. Your piece will be shipped to you only once the invoice is paid in full.
What type of pieces do you offer?
We custom make all of our jewels. Since everything is made to order there is no limit as to what we can create! We also offer a large selection of antique and vintage jewellery.
